Qee's Qreations is a one-woman custom product business dedicated to turning

passion into products. Every item is handmade and customized with care.

Are all products custom?

Yes! Most of our items are made-to-order and customized specifically for you.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through Instagram DM or website (once launched).

How long does processing take?

Because each item is custom made, processing time is typically 5-7 business days,

depending on the complexity of your order and order volume. Can I rush my order?

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Please message us before ordering to confirm availability.

Will I see a proof before production?

Yes! For custom designs, you will receive a digital proof for approval

before production begins.

Production will not start until approval is received.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

By purchasing from Qee's Qreations, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Orders

• All custom orders require full payment before production begins.

• Once a proof is approved, no further design changes can be made.

• Qee's Qreations reserves the right to decline any order.

Processing Times

Processing times vary based on order volume and customization complexity.

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed but are provided as guidance.

Intellectual Property

All designs created by Qee's Qreations remain the property of the business

unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Designs may not be reproduced or

resold without permission.

Communication

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details within

72 hours of placing order. Delays caused by late responses may extend processing time.

Limitation of Liability

Qee's Qreations is not responsible for shipping carrier delays,

lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Because each product is custom-made:

No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

• The wrong item was sent

• The item arrives damaged

• There is a production error made by Qee's Qreations

To request a review:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within

5–7 business days. If refund does not reflect in your account within specified timeframe,

contact your bank institution.

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Time

Shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the carrier and location.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

Qee's Qreations is not responsible for packages delivered to

incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please contact the carrier directly with tracking information.

Local delivery is available within the Greensboro, NC area.

Delivery Fee

A delivery fee may apply based on distance, see the following:

If under 30 minutes, there's an extra $5 fee.

If over 30 minutes, there's an extra $10 fee.

Scheduling

Delivery will be scheduled after your order is completed.

Full payment is required before production begins.

An invoice receipt will be emailed to you upon confirmation of

successful payment.
